SB VELOCITY ZERO — VZ-1
For seven decades, orbital launch has been a lopsided battle. A stationary vehicle must burn its most valuable propellant just to achieve its first meter of movement. Every Tier-1 operator has accepted this as immutable law. Until now.
The Problem
Duration of Inertia Tax
YEARS
1957 — PRESENT
Since the first orbital launch in 1957, every vehicle has burned its most critical propellant reserves at T=0 simply to overcome static friction. This is not a design flaw — it was accepted as physics. VZ-1 changes that calculation entirely.
Traditional pad: 100% thrust consumed fighting static inertia before the vehicle moves 1mm
Ground system delivers synchronized kinetic pulse at millisecond of ignition
Primary engines now operating at full designed efficiency — inertia barrier cleared
Vehicle on calculated flight path. Inertia tax fully eliminated from fuel budget
The Solution
VZ-1 does not replace the rocket's engines. It optimizes their environment. By delivering a proprietary, synchronized pulse of kinetic energy at the millisecond of ignition, VZ-1 clears the static friction barrier and provides the vehicle with immediate momentum before primary thrust is even fully loaded.
We deliver the initial velocity boost at the millisecond of ignition, allowing the vehicle's primary engines to focus entirely on acceleration — not fighting dead-weight inertia at T=0.
By eliminating the propellant burned in the critical first 10 seconds of flight, VZ-1 converts wasted fuel mass directly into structural and payload capacity. Every kilogram saved is a kilogram earned.
Multi-axis synchronization neutralizes the catastrophic acoustic and vibrational feedback inherent to traditional pad dwell time. The vehicle lifts clean — structurally and acoustically — every time.
100% Australian-engineered, VZ-1 is the cornerstone of the 2026 Sovereign Launch Corridor. Victoria does not license this technology — it owns it.
